UNDERBUST

Place tape measure around your rib cage and let it rest just under your bust for the most accurate measurement.

Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

Im normally a 2XL with this company but this one i could of many sized down. the straps couldnt go tight enough to suppourt. Also had weird boobs cups sewn in. I cut them out.
Might take it to get the straps shortened
