I'm 5'4" 218 lbs and bought a 3x. It fits perfectly and so comfortable. It doesn't offer much in the way of tummy support, but as it's black it still looks nice. The cut is flattering and the bow in the back adds a cute touch to an otherwise basic black suit.5
