Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

The way this suit is designed is amazing! It hides your problem areas like muffin top and armpit fat. AND it gives you some curves around the waist. The top is very comfortable too because it covers evough that you don’t feel like anything is going to “pop out”. I bought one first and I love it so much I want bought 2 more! I wasn’t sure I would like this suit because I have really never worn two-piece swim suits. My daughter bought one and wanted me to try it on, sure that I would love it. I can’t believe how much I LOVE this suit!! It is very flattering and forgiving in the right places. It fully covers my “mom pouch” and my behind and does not ride up. Also, the short sleeves are perfect for my not-so-toned arms. The swim-suit material is not see-through at all and is stretchy enough to be able to get both the top & bottom on fairly easily and spring back to be snug enough not to fall off.
